HOME INSPECTIONS

ES Inspection, NY / Home Inspection

SHOULD I OR SHOULDN'T I?

The Home Inspector; a buyer’s best friend? A seller’s worst nightmare? It is possible for a buyer to put too much trust in their inspector’s abilities. At the same time a seller may be terrified that the home inspector may find so much wrong, that the home may as well be scheduled for demolition.

Let's be clear, the home inspector does not have a crystal ball nor are they the Bob Vila of all things constructed. Both parties need to be aware of the importance and the limitation of a home inspection. The home inspector is performing a thorough examination of the home using a fair & knowledgeable approach to the inspection without scrutinizing and/or analyzing every square inch of the home.
